Rooms of the StudentHouse Grazerhof

We will open the StudentHouse Grazerhof in September 2011 with 20 rooms on three floors. The room sizes are spread from a normal single person room of about 13m² till a 50m² sized appartement - which includes an own small kitchen.

You can already make a reservation for the new winter term 2011/2012!

Every room has it's own bathroom, toilette and is furbished with a bed, a warderobe, a desk with a chair and of course an small TV. On every floor we have a kitchen - includes a lockable box for every guest - and a washroom including a washing machine and a tumble drier.

Also, you can use our free WiFi Hotspot, so that you can go online whenever you want! 

We are also planning a small Party room in the cellar and a fitness room. 

The StudentHouse Grazerhof isn't a student hostel - that's why we have a minimum rent time of one year.
